Alphabet D- Drop the D

1. Ask the children to form a circle. Choose one child to be "it."
   
   
2. "It" walks around the outside of the circle carrying a D (plastic letter), dropping it behind someone in the circle.
   
   
3. That person picks up the D and chases "It" back to the empty spot in the circle.
   
   
4. If "It" is tagged, the person who tagged him or her becomes "It."
   
   
5. If "It" reaches the empty spot without being tagged, he or she remains "It."
   
   

Play continues until everyone has had a turn.
