I'm counting my blessings while acknowledging the fact that I thankfully am yet to do not have swollen feet despite the horrendous amount of weight I've put over on the last couple of weeks.

Serving my customers. Very motivated when customers make return purchases, and sends encouraging feedback on our products and services.

Time management is crucial and must work efficiently. Orders are acknowledged and enquiries are answered as soon as they are received.
Any advice for aspiring small business owners?
Be creative in the marketing of your products. Always provide great customer service as in this competitive market, what will set you apart, beside your products, would be your great service!
